Sales in the City Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all ticket holders for Sales in the City (“Event”), hosted by The Boutique Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel, personal schedule conflicts, illness, or emergencies.

2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. You must notify our team in writing at support@theboutiqueacademy.com no later than 7 days prior to the event with the full name and email address of the new attendee. We will not process transfer requests after this deadline.
3. Event Details & Updates
While we work to ensure all event details are shared in advance, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, speakers, or content as needed. Any significant updates will be communicated via email to registered attendees.
4. Travel & Accommodation
Attendees are responsible for booking and covering the cost of their own travel and accommodations. We may provide recommendations, but we are not responsible for your lodging, transportation, or related expenses.
5. Media Release
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. We may use these images and recordings for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a team member at check-in.
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code without refund.
7. VIP Access
If you purchase a VIP ticket, you’ll receive access to an additional day of implementation, coaching, and feedback. VIP benefits are only available to those who have purchased the VIP tier. If space allows, you may request to upgrade by emailing us before the event.
8. Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with travel, in-person gatherings, or participation in the Event. You release The Boutique Academy LLC from liability related to injury, illness, or loss incurred during the Event.
