Simplified Marketing Accelerator – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and enrolling in the Simplified Marketing Accelerator (the “Program”), you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by [Your Business Name] (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

1. Program Overview


The Simplified Marketing Accelerator is an 8-week live group coaching program designed to help boutique owners and product based business owners build a structured, profitable marketing system. The program includes:

  • Weekly live coaching sessions (hosted via Zoom)

  • Access to digital resources and templates

  • Exclusive training modules delivered in real-time

  • Optional Pay-in-Full bonuses (outlined below)
     

2. Eligibility & Access


This Program is intended for individuals who sell physical products online (primarily through e-commerce). Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program materials and live coaching schedule.


You are responsible for attending the sessions and engaging with the content. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes — your results are dependent on your effort, implementation, and business circumstances.
 

3. Payment Terms

The full cost of the program is $997 USD.
 

We accept full payment or payment plans (2 monthly payments of $549) through our approved checkout providers. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments in full as scheduled, regardless of your participation in the program.

  • Affirm
     

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital program with time-sensitive and intellectual property-based content. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the live coaching and digital delivery.

5. Pay-in-Full Bonuses


Clients who pay in full at the time of purchase are eligible to receive the following bonuses:

  • 2 Months Free of the Content Membership

  • One Free Audit (Instagram or Website – client’s choice)

  • Inventory Rehab Playbook (digital download)


These bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be redeemed during the Program period.
 

6. Intellectual Property


All materials, content, and resources provided inside the Program are the sole property of the Company and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not duplicate, share, republish, or distribute any program materials.

Violations of this policy may result in legal action and removal from the Program without refund.

7. Use of Testimonials, Photos & Videos


By participating in the Program, you grant The Boutique Academy and its representatives the right to record, capture, and use:
 

  • Your written, verbal, or video testimonials

  • Photos or videos of your participation (e.g., Zoom sessions, shared wins, shared feedback)

  • Social media posts or tags related to the Program
     

These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, educational, or promotional purposes across platforms including (but not limited to) email, website, social media, and digital ads.

You waive any right to compensation or ownership of such content and release the Company from any claims related to their use.
 

8. Behavior & Participation


We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program who is disruptive, abusive, or violates the community guidelines. If removed, you forfeit all access to content and bonuses without refund.
 

9. Technology & Access Disclaimer


We are not responsible for any technical issues, missed sessions, or inability to access materials due to your personal device, internet connection, or user error. Session recordings will be provided when possible but are not guaranteed for every session.
 

10. Legal & Earnings Disclaimer


We do not guarantee specific financial or business results. Any examples shared by the Company or its representatives are not promises or guarantees of your own results. You understand and agree that success in business is dependent on your own skills, implementation, and consistency.
