Terms & Conditions

1. User's Acknowledgment & Acceptance of Terms


By completing your purchase of the E-commerce Profit Plan, you are consenting to these terms and conditions. By accessing or using any part of this service, you agree to be bound by these terms without modification and acknowledge reading them.

2. Details and Payment Schedule

​

The Fee for the Program is $3,500 paid-in-full or 

​

  • 2 payments of $1,750

  • Or 5 monthly payments of $585

  • Or 1 payments of $500 upfront + 24 weekly payments of $125
    ​

The Program Fee includes:

​

  • Access to community portal with trainings for duration of enrollment;

  • Access to monthly group coaching calls for duration of enrollment;
     

In consideration of the services provided by us to you as set forth above, you agree to pay us the current program fee at the time of joining as a one lump sum payment for six months of access or in monthly payments. If choosing to enroll in a payment plan, you understand that you will receive an email reminder for these payments. In the event that any authorized charge applied by us to your card fails, you remain responsible for payment as agreed herein, as well as any penalty fees as detailed below.

 

3. Payment Options for the Full Program


Participants have the option to pay for the full program amount at checkout using Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna. These buy now, pay later options cannot be used for our in-house monthly payment options. By selecting Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna, participants understand they are committing to the full purchase amount of the program, with subsequent payments owed directly to these providers according to their terms and conditions. No refunds will be offered for payments made through these providers.

4. Refund Policy


Due to the digital nature of our products, all payments made during the program and subsequent payment plan are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@theboutiqueacademy.com. However, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy


Requests for cancellations received by the Company will not be honored, and any outstanding balance owed to the Company for the Program must be paid in full within the six-month period. Changes or substitutions cannot be made to the Program Participant. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.

6. Commitment and Access Clause


By enrolling , participants agree to the full terms of the E-commerce Profit Plan, including all associated payments as outlined in the payment schedule. If participants are removed due to non-payment, they will not retain access to any program materials or assets. Lifetime access to program curriculum is only granted to those who pay their program fee in full.​

 

7. General Conditions


The Boutique Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You expressly agree not to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of this digital course or service provided without express written permission from us.

8. No Guarantees


We cannot guarantee any outcome from using the digital course, services, or participation in the program. Results are subjective and depend on factors beyond our control, including your level of participation and implementation.

 

9. Modifications to Terms


We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates on our platform. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. No Lifetime Access
 

Participant understands that their enrollment in the Program is for a period of six (6) months unless otherwise stated.
